摘要 针对近几年来无人机因巡线效率高、巡线成本低且更大程度上保障了巡线人员人身安全等特点而受到更多供电部门热捧,同时也导致无人机巡线操作员的需求急速增加,使得此类人才出现短缺的问题。某高校电气工程学院和校外企业经过长期的探索与实践,结合学院专业特点及电力行业发展现状,从输电线杆塔实训基地建设、设立"国家级"大学生校外实践基地到无人机巡线实验室的建设等,为培养适应于电力行业需求的电气类专业应用型人才奠定基础。 In recent years, UAV is popular by more power supply departments because of its high patrol efficiency, low patrol cost and greater protection of the personal safety of patrol personnel. The demand for UAV patrol operators is also increased rapidly, resulting in the shortage of such personnel. After a long period of exploration and practice, a college electrical engineering college and an off-campus enterprise, combined with the professional characteristics of the college and the development status of the power industry. From the construction of transmission line tower training base, the establishment of "national level" college students’ off-campus practice base to the construction of UAV inspection line laboratory, etc. To lay the foundation for cultivating electrical professional application talents adapted to the needs of the power industry.
