印刷业绿色化发展探析

印刷业绿色化发展是我国生态文明建设的需要。在分析我国印刷业绿色化发展现状的基础上,提出我国印刷业绿色化发展应着眼于全产业链发展,做好系统的顶层设计;同时应建立标准,完善认证及监督体系;明确责任主体,做好全流程监督。国家和各地应出台相应的扶持政策,促进印刷业绿色化发展。

The green development of printing industry is the need of China's ecological civilization construction.Based on the analysis of the green development of printing industry in China,this paper puts forward that the green development of printing industry in China should focus on the development of the whole industrial chain and make systematic top-level design.At the same time it should establish standards and improve the certification as well as supervision system.Besides,it should also define subject of liabilities and supervise the whole process.The national and local governments should issue corresponding supportive policies to promote the green development of printing industry.
