摘要
信息化背景下,区域经济社会发展急需具有较强信息化素养和能力的技术技能型人才,高职教师信息化教学能力是提升人才培养质量的关键因素。目前,通过调查发现,我国高职教师信息化教学能力发展初显效果,但仍存在不少问题,需要学校重视,优化环境,完善体制机制;教师树立信息化教学思维,提高基本信息素养,勇于信息化教学实践;完善培训内容,创新培训方式与评价形式;激发学生学习动力,以提高信息素养等多层面共同努力提升教师的信息化教学能力。
Under the informatization background,the development of regional economy and society urgently needs technical and skilled talents with strong informatization literacy and ability.Higher vocational teachers'informatization teaching ability is the key factor to improve the quality of personnel training.At present,through the investigation,it is found that the development of Higher Vocational teachers'informatization teaching ability has achieved initial results,but there are still many problems.We need schools,teachers,training,students and other levels to work together to improve teachers'informatization teaching ability,such as school leaders who should pay attention to it,optimize the environment,improve the system and mechanism,teachers should set up information-based teaching thinking,improve basic informetin literacy,be brave in information-based teaching practice,improve training content,innovate training methods and evalueation methods,stimalate student's learning motivation to improve information literacy,etc.
