高职院校寝室人际关系影响因素及改进对策的实证研究——以湖北科技职业学院为例

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors and Improvement Measures of Dormitory Interpersonal Relations in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Hubei Science and Technology College as an Example

采用调查问卷法,通过建立多元Logistic回归模型,对高职院校寝室人际关系影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:学生对寝室的价值定位、寝室娱乐活动的频率、是否与室友发生过矛盾、寝室成员参加集体活动的积极性对寝室人际关系有显著的影响。因此,提出高职院校可从文明寝室创建“品牌”化、矛盾寝室调整及时化、集体活动举办“寝室”化、行为养成教育常态化四个方面努力,建设优良的寝室文化,做好“五个思政”中的环境思政建设工作。

This paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of dormitory interpersonal relationship in Higher Vocational colleges by using the method of questionnaire and establishing multiple logistic regression model.The results show that students'orientation of dormitory value,frequency of dormitory recreational activities,contradictions with roommates or not,and the enthusiasm of dormitory members to participate in collective activities have significant effects on the dormitory interpersonal relationship.Therefore,it is proposed that higher vocational colleges should strive to build a good dormitory culture and do a good job in the environmental ideological and political construction of the"five ideological and political"from four aspects:the establishment of brand in civilized dormitories,the timely adjustment of contradictory dormitories,the holding of dormitories in collective activities,and the normalization of behavioral development education.
