摘要
近年来,桥墩预制拼装蓬勃兴起,在市政桥梁中,预制桥墩接头多采用灌浆套筒,但灌浆密实度无可靠的工地检测方法,从可检性上讲存在安全隐患。在吸收跨海大桥、市政高架桥梁桥墩常用接头型式优点的基础上,提出了直螺纹套筒或者锥套锁紧钢筋接头+少量现浇混凝土的湿接缝型式。该种接缝型式安全、可靠、经济、快捷,可为工程设计、施工提供借鉴。
In recent years,the prefabrication of bridge pier is booming.In the municipal bridges,the prefabricated pier joints are mostly grouting sleeves.But there are no reliable field detection methods for the grouting density.In terms of detectability,there are the safety risks.On the basis of absorbing the advantages of the common pier joint types for cross-sea bridges and municipal elevated bridges,the wet joint type of locking steel joint with straight threaded sleeve or taper sleeve+small amount of cast-in-situ concrete is proposed.This kind of joint type is safe,reliable,economical and fast,which can be referred for the design and construction of the similar projects.
