农民合作社生产规范、供货质量与“农超对接”供应链稳定性的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Production Specifications,Supply Quality of Farmers'Cooperatives and the Stability of the Supply Chain of the“Farming-Supermarket Docking”

合作社规范的农产品生产行为可以保证供货质量,而合作社提供的产品质量是影响“农超对接”合作关系的重要因子。合作社生产规范、供货质量对“农超对接”供应链稳定性的实证结果表明:合作社的生产规范和供货质量都对“农超对接”供应链稳定性具有显著的正向影响;供货质量在合作社生产规范与“农超对接”供应链稳定性之间起到了部分的中介作用;比较而言,在低参与程度组中,生产规范的作用更大;在高参与程度组中,供货质量的影响更大。据此提出,合作社内部应建立有效的生产行为规范,提高农产品的生产效率和供货质量,针对参与程度不同的合作社,渠道建设的侧重点不同,应进行分类指导。

The agricultural production regulated by cooperative specifications guarantees the supply quality,which in turn is an important factor that affects the cooperation in the“Farming-Supermarket Docking”.The result of the cooperatives'production specifications and supply quality on the stability of the“Farming-Supermarket Docking”supply chain shows:both the production norms and supply quality have significant positive impact on the stability of the“Docking”supply chain;the production specifications play a partial intermediary role in the stability of the supply chain;in the low participation group,the production specifications play a relatively greater role;in the high participation group,the impact of supply quality is even greater.So,it is proposed that the cooperative should establish effective production specifications to improve production efficiency and quality,and for cooperatives with different levels of participation,the focus of channel construction should be different and classification guidance should be carried out.
