摘要
大型水工隧洞一般采用定型钢模台车进行混凝土浇筑,混凝土养护拆模时间对工程施工进度及造价都有较大影响,在满足规范要求的拆模强度下,尽量缩短混凝土拆模时间对工程建设具有重要意义。笔者结合某大型工程5号导流洞衬砌施工,采用有限元软件进行了衬砌拆模时间分析,主要研究了24 h、36 h拆模对混凝土强度的影响,为钢模台车拆除时间提供了科学依据,在保证混凝土结构安全、施工质量、确保合理的台车循环时间、加快施工进度等方面取得了较好的经济效益。计算结果对工程实际施工拆模时间控制具有指导意义。
In large hydraulic tunnels,the set-shaped steel formwork trolley is generally used for concrete casting.The time of concrete curing and formwork stripping has a great impact on the construction progress and cost.It is of great significance to shorten the time of concrete formwork stripping as far as possible under the strength of formwork stripping required in specification.Combining with the lining construction of No.5 diversion tunnel in a large-scale project,the stripping time analysis of lining formwork is carried out by using the finite element software.The influence of formwork stripping on the concrete strength in 24h and 36h is mainly studied,which provides a scientific basis for the stripping time of steel formwork trolley,and good economic benefits have been achieved in ensuring the safety of concrete structure,construction quality,and reasonable cycle time of trolley,as well as accelerating construction progress.The calculation results have guiding significance for the control of formwork stripping time of the actual project construction.
