摘要
中国高职教育出现伊始即面临生存困境,为了摆脱困境、确立地位,不断通过人才培养模式变革解决合法性危机和社会认同问题。刚出现时,高职教育人才培养模式虽是“本科压缩饼干型”,但通过“象牙塔”与“社会”的第一次交叉解决了当时的生存问题;大量兴起之后,高职教育通过“学校”与“企业”的交叉,建立起“校企合作、工学结合”人才培养模式,从而确立了高职教育的独立身份;占据半壁江山之后,高职教育再次通过“技能”与“人文”的交叉,引进了通识教育,建立起一种“通、专、实融合”的人才培养模式,从而破解了在高等教育内部的认同感问题。为了给创新性人才培养提供良好环境,中国高职教育人才培养模式变革将往“大交叉”方向迈进,即实现学科交叉、部门交叉和区域交叉。
Since the emergence of China's Polytechnic Education,polytechnic colleges have been faced with the dilemma of survival.In order to get rid of the dilemma and establish its position,polytechnic education solved its own legitimacy crisis and social identity through continuous adaptive reform of talent training mode.At the beginning of the polytechnic colleges,their talent training mode was"undergraduate compressed biscuit type".They solved the existing problems through the intersection of"ivory tower"and"society".After the rise of a large number of polytechnic colleges,polytechnic education established the independent identity through establishing the talent training of school-enterprise cooperation through the intersection of"School"and"Enterprise".After occupying half the proportion of the higher education,Polytechnic Education has established a talent training mode of"general,professional,practical integration"through the intersection of"skills"and"humanities"and introduction of general education,so as to solve the problem of identity in higher education.In order to solve the problem of"innovative"talent training,the reform of talent training mode in China's polytechnic education has been moving towards the direction of"Great Interdisciplinary"to realize the interdisciplinary courses,departments and regions and provide a perfect environment for the cultivation of innovative technical talents.
