地方高校学生活动实效的提升路径研究

The Way to Promote the Effectiveness of the Activities of Students in Local Universities under the Background of the Transformation

大学生活动是地方高校“三全育人”的重要内容,也是地方高校应用型转变的有机组成部分。当前地方高校大学生活动存在着管理主体多而学生主体性不强、娱乐化蔓延而活动影响力不强的问题。地方高校应结合转型发展的实际,首先凸出学生活动的主体性,以学生为本,在活动内容上体现时代精神,在活动形式上贴近学生的特征;其次应加强学生活动的教育性,将其与应用型人才培养紧密结合起来,形成育人合力;再次应立足学生活动的地方性,培养学生的实践能力,明确学生活动“服务地方”的价值取向,从而提升大学生活动的育人实效。

Students’activities are an important part of the“San Quan”Education in local universities,as well as an organic part of the application-oriented transformation of local universities.At present,there are many problems in the activities of college students in local universities,such as many management subjects,weak student subjectivity,the spread of entertainment and weak influence of activities.Local universities should combine the reality of transformation and development.First of all,local universities should highlight the subjectivity of students’activities,be student-oriented,reflect the spirit of the times in the content of activities,and be close to the characteristics of students in the form of activities;Secondly,we should strengthen the education of students’activities and closely combine it with the training of applied talents to form a joint force of education.Thirdly,local universities should base on the locality of students’activities,cultivate students’practical ability,and clarify the value orientation of“serving the local”of students’activities.So as to enhance the effectiveness of college students’activities in educating.
