Financial Statement Analysis Based on Harvard Analytical Framework——Take Peach and Plum Bread as an Example

财务报表是记录一个会计主体经营活动的重要媒介,而财务报表分析更是能映射一个企业实际价值的逻辑性极强的思维活动,揭示企业的风险与预期收益并以此为信息使用者做决策提供帮助。文章通过采用哈佛大学三位学者提出的分析框架,站在一个崭新的高度以战略视角来观测面包行业的标杆企业——桃李面包,剖析企业财务报表上的数据发现其中的“会计隐藏语言”,找出其之所以如此成功的原因并分析其在未来发展过程中可能遇到的风险,以期带给不同信息使用人一些新思路和思考,能够透过静态的报表考察到动态的、潜在的经济信息。

Financial statement is an important medium to record the business activities of an accounting entity,and financial statement analysis is a logical thinking activity that can reflect the actual value of an enterprise,reveal the risks and expected returns of the enterprise,and provide help for information users to make decisions.In this paper,by adopting three scholars put forward the analysis framework of Harvard University,standing at a new height with a strategic perspective observation bread industry benchmarking enterprises-plum bread,depth analysis of the data on the financial statements of the enterprise found hidden language“accounting”,find out the reason of why it so successful and analyzes its development in the future that you may encounter in the process of risk,in order to bring some new ideas and thinking,different information user can through the investigation to the dynamic static statements,and potential economic information.
