八钢2500m^3高炉提煤比降焦比生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 八钢高炉2500m^3高炉在提煤比降焦比攻关过程中,从"经料"入炉、精细化操作、管理创新、工艺改进等方面采取措施,突破了八钢高炉近几年以来冶炼高焦比的瓶颈,同时解决了对炉缸不活、煤气流不稳、有害元素高、渣比高等因素的操作困扰。通过技术公关,全年煤比提高15kg/t铁,焦比同期降低10kg/t铁,冶炼强度提升,各项经济技术指标不断优化、改善。 In the process of raising coal ratio and reducing coke ratio,measures were taken from the aspects of“feeding by material”,fine operation,management innovation,process improvement,etc.,which broke through the bottleneck of smelting high coke ratio in recent years,and solved the operation problems of the factors such as hearth inactivity,unstable coal gas flow,high harmful elements and high slag ratio.Through technical public relations,the annual coal ratio of iron per ton is increased by 15kg/t,the coke ratio of iron per ton is decreased by 10kg/t,the smelting strength is improved,and various economic and technical indicators are continuously optimized and improved.
