摘要
针对八钢型钢产线采用两辊轧机所生产阴极扁钢无法满足电解铝厂提升的尺寸精度要求,对型钢生产工艺进行了改进,在精轧最后一道次采用万能轧机轧制,并使用DEFORM3D软件对孔型进行三维有限元分析,通过对孔型优化设计,产品精度达到了要求。
In view of the fact that the cathode flat steel produced by two high rolling mill of Bayi Steel can not meet the dimensional accuracy requirements of electrolytic aluminum plant,the production process of section steel is improved.The universal rolling mill is used for the last pass of finishing rolling,and the three-dimensional finite element analysis of pass is carried out by using DEFORM 3D software.Through the optimization design of pass,the product accuracy meets the requirements.
