论生态文明建设的中国特色

China’s Nature of Eco-Cilvilization Construction

以西方环境管理思想发展轨迹为参照,我国生态文明建设思想有什么特色呢?本文简要地梳理了西方环境管理思想变迁、政策与管理实践,从文明史、发展话语和问题视角讨论生态文明的涵义,从人类发展史和中华民族史的历史维度、中华民族振兴的现实需求和构建人类命运共同体的民族使命解析生态文明内含的中国特色。生态文明建设是一个开放的知识体系构建和集成过程。习近平生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,在此指引下,党和国家需要践行生态文明理念,兑现建设美丽中国的政治承诺,落实以人民为中心的理念,指引中华民族的伟大复兴,指导构建人类命运共同体。

Against to western environmental management thought,what is the ideological characteristics of China’s eco-civilization construction?This paper briefly sorted out the transformation of environmental management thoughts,policies and management practices,discussed the meaning of ecological civilization from the perspective of civilization history,development discourse and problems,and analyses the Chinese characteristics of ecological civilization connotation on multiple dimensions,including dimensions of human development history,Chinese national history and the realistic requirements of the revitalization of the Chinese nation and the mission of building a community of human being with a shared fate.The construction of ecological civilization is an integrative and innovative process of an open knowledge system.It is a stupendous practice in which the important part of the leader’s thought becomes the political commitments of the party and the state to putting people at the centre,striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and building a human commonwealth.
