改性天然媒染剂对毛织物五倍子植物色素染色效能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了使天然媒染剂铁硅质重碳酸盐碳酸冷矿水在毛织物植物色素染色时长时间保持染色效能,使用柠檬酸为改性剂,进行了延长铁硅质重碳酸盐碳酸冷矿水天然媒染剂的保质期限和保证染色效能的对比试验,研究了柠檬酸质量浓度、天然媒染剂质量分数、pH值、存放时间对毛织物植物色素染色效能和媒染颜色特征值的影响。结果表明:添加1.25 g/L柠檬酸的铁硅质重碳酸盐碳酸冷矿水在15天内可以有效避免铁离子的过度氧化,可以保证其染色效能。五倍子色素毛织物同媒染:浴比1∶30,染色时间30 min,媒染时间15 min,染色温度80℃,染液质量分数100%(加热前pH值为6),铁离子质量浓度34.16 mg/L(天然媒染剂质量分数100%、柠檬酸质量浓度1.25 g/L、存放时间15天)为最佳配比值。 In order to increase the robustness of natural mordant in wool plant dyeing,a comparative test was conducted to extend the shelf life and dyeing efficiency of ferrosilicon bicarbonate carbonated cold mineral water natural mordant by using citric acid as modifier.The effects of the concentration of citric acid,the mass fraction of natural mordant,the pH value and the storage time on the dyeing efficiency and color characteristics of wool fabric were studied.The results showed that adding 1.25 g/L citric acid to ferric siliceous bicarbonate carbonate-cooled mineral water could effectively avoid the excessive oxidation of iron ions within 15 days and ensure the dyeing efficiency of Wudalianchi mineral water as natural mordant.When modified natural mordant was used for co-mordant of gallnut wool fabric:bath ratio 1∶30,dyeing time 30 min,mordant dyeing time 15 min,dyeing temperature 80℃,dyeing liquid mass fraction 100%(before heating pH=6),iron ion mass concentration of 34.16 mg/L(100%of natural mordant,1.25 g/L of citric acid,and 15 days of storage time)are the best ratio.
