摘要
通过正交试验对电镀Sn-Fe合金的镀液配方进行优化,研究了电流密度和镀液p H对Sn-Fe合金镀层微观结构、显微硬度、光泽和耐蚀性的影响,得到最优镀液配方和工艺条件为:葡萄糖酸钠120 g/L,硫酸亚锡40 g/L,硫酸亚铁20 g/L,H3BO320 g/L,聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯嵌段聚醚(EPE4600)30 mL/L,pH 4,温度25℃,电流密度2.0 A/dm2。在该条件下可电镀得到表面光亮、结晶细致、耐蚀性良好的Sn-Fe合金镀层。
The bath composition for electrodeposition of Sn-Fe alloy was optimized by orthogonal test.The effects of current density and bath p H on the microstructure,microhardness,glossiness,and corrosion resistance of Sn-Fe alloy coating were studied.The optimal bath composition and process conditions were determined as follows:sodium gluconate 120 g/L,SnSO440 g/L,FeSO4·7 H2O 20 g/L,H3BO320 g/L,polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene block polyether(EPE4600)30 m L/L,pH 4,temperature 25℃,and current density 2.0 A/dm2.The Sn-Fe alloy coating electrodeposited thereby was fine-grained and had a leveled surface and good corrosion resistance.
