摘要
辅警队伍管理中存在职业标准不统一、职业晋升前景不明朗及保障机制不健全等困境,而构建职业化管理模式是实现辅警队伍管理规范化、法制化的必要途径。根据厦门市海沧区的管理经验,应以职业标准体系为基石,以职业发展支撑体系为保障,以层级管理职业晋升体系为核心,走深化辅警创新管理促绩效提升之路。
Auxiliary police team professional management is confronted with numerous predicaments such as ununified professinal standards,uncertain career promotion prospects and unsound security mechanism.Construction of auxiliary police team professional management model represents a necessary approach to standardization and legalization of auxiliary police team management.Based on the experiences of Haicang District of Xiamen,efforts need to be made to deepen the innovative management of auxiliary police and improve their performance with professional standards system as the cornerstone,career development support system as the guarantee,and hierarchical management career promotion system as the core.
