基于交通网络的苏州市休闲体育设施服务水平评价

Evaluation of Leisure Sports Facilities Service Level in Suzhou City Based on Transportation Network

休闲体育设施分为公益性和营利性两大类,两者相互补充,为城市居民提供全面服务。以苏州市为例,首先,分析了休闲体育设施和居住小区在不同行政区建设用地的空间分布特征;其次,基于交通网络,以各行政区为统计单元,计算并统计从居住小区到达最近的休闲体育设施的平均距离;再次,计算与统计使用步行和自行车交通方式,在不同时长内休闲体育设施所能覆盖的居住小区范围,由此对城市不同行政区的休闲体育设施服务水平进行定性和定量分析;最后,从休闲体育设施服务水平和配置建议两个方面进行了总结。

Leisure sports facilities are divided into public welfare and profit-making.They complement each other and provide comprehensive services for urban residents.Take Suzhou as a case.Firstly,the spatial distribution characteristics of leisure sports facilities and residential area are analyzed in different administrative construction areas.Then,the average distance from the residential area to the nearest leisure sports facilities is calculated and counted by taking administrative area as the unit based on the traffic network.At the same time,the effective coverage of leisure sports facilities in the residential area is calculated in different duration by the pedestrian and by bicycle.Therefore,the service level of leisure sports facilities in different administrative regions of the city is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.Finally,the paper summarizes the service level and configuration suggestions of sports leisure facilities in Suzhou.
