历史建筑保护修缮的实践与思考——以福建漳州古城东坂后番仔楼为例

Practice and Thinking on Preservation and Repair of Historic Building——A Case of Dongbanhou Western Architecture in the Ancient City of Zhangzhou,Fujian

本文主要以福建漳州古城东坂后番仔楼的修缮实践为对象,解析其在历史建筑的修复与保护过程中所采取的措施和方法。笔者通过长期的跟进和记录,从历史建筑的价值评估、修复原则、保护修缮方案和保护修缮实施等方面,对该栋历史建筑的保护修缮进行较为详细的考察和分析,探讨相关保护修缮的技术与措施,以期为漳州市历史建筑的保护修缮提供参考。

This paper mainly takes the repair practice of Dongbanhou western architecture in the ancient city of Zhangzhou,Fujian as the object,analyzes the measures and methods adopted in the process of restoration and protection of historical buildings.The value evaluation,restoration principle,protection and repair scheme and the implementation of the protection and repair of the historic building were investigated and analyzed in detail.The protection and repair technology and measures are discussed,with a view to provide a reference for the protection and renovation of the historical buildings in Zhangzhou.
