摘要
价值体现了作为主体的人的需要同作为客体的外界物之间的一种关系,每一个干部职工要想做好本职工作就必须有良好的职业道德和责任心。当一个职工有公平感时会安于现状,而有较强的不公平感时就可能采取平衡措施,为此,要通过平等管理引导职工团结协作,创造性地开展工作。
Value reflects a kind of relation between the person’s need as the subject and the external thing as the object.Every cadre and worker must have good professional ethics and sense of responsibility if they want to do their own work well.When an employee has a sense of fairness,he/she will be satisfied with the status quo,while when he/she has a strong sense of injustice,he/she may take balance measures.Therefore,equal management should be adopted to guide employees to work together and creatively.
