工程造价管理在盐化工工程项目中存在的问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Project Cost Management in Salt Chemical Engineering Projects

随着我国经济的不断繁荣,造价控制越来越受到人们的关注。在盐化工工程项目管理中,工程造价已经成为盐化工工程项目环节的重点。本文分析工程造价管理在我国当前盐化工工程项目中存在的主要问题,从项目决策、项目设计、招投标、施工等方面介绍了加强工程造价管理的对策,以确保工程造价的准确性。

With the continuous prosperity of our country’s economy,cost control has been paid more and more attention.In the salt chemical engineering project management,the project cost has become the key point of salt chemical engineering project.This paper analyzes the main problems of project cost management in current salt chemical engineering projects in China,and introduces the countermeasures to strengthen project cost management from the aspects of project decision-making,project design,bidding and construction,so as to ensure the accuracy of project cost.
