微循环障碍与高血压关系的研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship between Microcirculatory Disorders and Hypertension

高血压是心血管疾病的主要危险因素之一,而过高的血压会造成心、脑、肾等靶器官损伤。高血压是多种因素相互作用的结果,近年研究表明,微循环障碍可能参与了高血压的发生、发展,而微循环障碍与高血压的关系越来越受重视。本文主要综述了微循环障碍与高血压关系的研究进展,以期为更有效地防治高血压提供参考。

Hypertension is one of the major risk factors of cardiovascular disease,however highly elevated blood pressure may cause damage to target organs such as heart,brain and kidney.Hypertension is the result of the interaction of various factors,recent studies have shown that,microcirculatory disorders may be involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension,and relationship between microcirculatory disorders and hypertension has attracted more and more attentions.This paper mainly reviewed the research progress on the relationship between microcirculatory disorders and hypertension,in order to provide a reference for more effective prevention and treatment of hypertension.
