The May 4th Movement is not only a turning point for the awakening of the Chinese nation,but also a great ideological liberation movement,from which the spiritual connotation of the May 4th Movement is extremely rich.On the basis of analyzing the background and scientific connotation of the May 4th spirit,this paper considers the value of the May 4th spirit in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,Chinese Dream.This paper probes into how to turn the excellent historical spirit into contemporary power and make the May 4th spirit become the realistic way to realize Chinese Dream's maximum spiritual increment.
