莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核的临床效果观察研究

Clinical effect observation and research of moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis

目的:探究莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年2月收治耐多药肺结核患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。试验1组给予单独莫西沙星治疗;试验2组采取莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗方法。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验2组治疗有效率明显优于试验1组,不良反应发生率明显低于试验1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取莫西沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核能提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,临床效果更显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.Methods:80 patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis were sselected from March 2018 to February 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The the experiment group 1 was treated with moxifloxacin alone,while moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin was used in the experiment group 2.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that in the experimental group 1,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the experimental group 1,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin combined with capreomycin in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis can improve the clinical effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and its clinical effect is more significant.
