莫匹罗星在动物致伤Ⅲ类伤口愈合的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of mopirosin on classⅢwound healing in animals

目的:探究莫匹罗星在动物致伤Ⅲ类伤口愈合的临床效果。方法:2019年4月-2019年8月收治动物致伤Ⅲ类伤口患者120例,随机分为两组。研究组采用莫匹罗星进行伤口引流处理;对照组采用康复新液进行伤口引流处理。比较两组感染情况和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组甲级愈合率显著高于对照组,研究组感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莫匹罗星可有效促进动物致伤Ⅲ类伤口的愈合,有效降低患者感染率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mopirosin on the healing of classⅢwounds in animals.Methods:120 patients with classⅢwounds caused by animals were selected from April 2019 to August 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups.In the study group,the wound drainage was performed with mupirocin,the control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution for wound drainage.The infection and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The first-class healing rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the infection rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mupirocin can effectively promote the healing of classⅢwounds and reduce the infection rate of patients.
