阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗老年晚期胃癌的效果及不良反应分析

Analysis of the effect and adverse reactions of apatinib combined with tegio in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的:研究阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗老年晚期胃癌患者的临床价值。方法:2017年1月-2018年1月收治老年晚期胃癌患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。观察组给予阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗;对照组给予替吉奥治疗。比较两组血清肿瘤标志物指标水平及不良反应。结果:观察组血清糖类抗原199(CA199)、胚胎抗原(CEA)及糖脂(CA125)水平均低于对照组,不良反应发生率也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗老年胃癌患者可提高整体疗效。

Objective:To study the clinical value of apatinib combined with tegio in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,84 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with apatinib combined with tegio.The control group was treated with tegio.The serum tumor marker indicator levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),embryo antigen(CEA)and glycolipid(CA125)levels in the observation group were lower than in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Apatinib combined with tegio can improve the overall effect of elderly patients with gastric cancer.
