妇产科临床治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效研究

Study on the clinical effect of gynecology and obstetrics treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨妇产科临床治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:2018年12月-2019年8月收治慢性盆腔炎患者132例,分为两组,各66例。参照组应用头孢西丁药物治疗;观察组应用康妇炎胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效,不良反应发生率及疗效满意率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于参照组,疗效满意率优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康妇炎胶囊药物治疗慢性盆腔炎患者疗效肯定,可达到标本兼治的效果,进一步提高患者生活水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of gynecology and obstetrics treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:132 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from December 2018 to August 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefoxitin,the observation group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule.The curative effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfactory rate of curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the reference group,and the satisfaction rate of curative effect was better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuyan capsule has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and symptoms,and further improve the living standards of patients.
