布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of budesonide combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

目的:分析布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床疗效。方法:2016年6月-2018年7月收治小儿肺炎支原体感染疾病患儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。研究组应用布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗;对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率及症状缓解时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染,可显著促进疾病好转,快速缓解症状,安全性好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods:From June 2016 to July 2018,80 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with budesonide and azithromycin.The control group was treated with azithromycin.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate and symptom relief time were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of budesonide combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children can significantly promote the improvement of the disease,quickly relieve the symptoms,and the safety is good.
