分析不同手术方式对闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效

Ansalysis of the effects of different operation methods on angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract

目的:分析不同手术方式对闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法:2017年1月-2018年10月收治闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组给予小梁切除术治疗;试验组采用小梁切除术+超声乳化白内障吸除术+人工晶状体植入术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后视力及眼压水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用小梁切除术+超声乳化白内障吸除术+人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障,效果良好。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different operation methods on angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods:From January 2017 to October 2018,62 cases of angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy.The experimental group was treated by trabeculectomy+phacoemulsification cataract extraction+intraocular lens implantation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of visual acuity and intraocular pressure of experimental group were better than control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using trabeculectomy+phacoemulsification cataract extraction+intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract,the effect is good.
