对比分析牙体牙髓正畸在修复恒上前牙龈下牙折的临床效果

Comparative analysis of the clinical effect of tooth body dental pulp orthodontics on the restoration of permanent anterior teeth subgingival fracture

目的:分析牙体牙髓正畸在恒上前牙龈下牙折修复中的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年7月需进行恒上前牙龈下牙折修复的患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组使用常规方式修复治疗;观察组使用牙体牙髓正畸修复治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率和并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙体牙髓正畸在恒上前牙龈下牙折治疗中有较好的修复效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tooth body dental pulp orthodontics on the restoration of permanent anterior teeth subgingival fracture.Methods:From April 2018 to July 2019,76 patients with restoration of permanent anterior teeth subgingival fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods.The observation group was treated with dtooth body dental pulp orthodontics.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate and the incidence of complications were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of tooth body dental pulp orthodontics on the restoration of permanent anterior teeth subgingival fracture is better.
