沙参麦冬汤联合西药治疗慢阻肺的效果

Effect of Glehnia and Ophiopogon decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of COPD

目的:探究西药联合沙参麦冬汤治疗慢阻肺(COPD)的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年8月收治COPD患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。常规组给予常规西药治疗;治疗组采用常规西药联合沙参麦冬汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6 min步行距离(6 MWD)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)和FEV1/FVC等指标水平均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤联合西药治疗COPD效果确切,能有效改善肺功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of western medicine combined with Glehnia and Ophiopogon decoction in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From January 2017 to August 2018,90 patients with COPD were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Glehnia and Ophiopogon decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was better than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indicator levels of walking distance of 6 minutes(6 MWD),the forced vital capacity(FVC),the forced expiratory volume of 1 second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC,etc.in the treatment group were better than in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glehnia and Ophiopogon decoction combined with western medicine has a definite effect on COPD and it can effectively improve lung function.
