血液透析患者对重组乙型肝炎病毒疫苗的应答相关因素分析

Analysis of response related factors of hemodialysis patients to recombinant hepatitis B virus vaccine

目的:分析血液透析患者对重组乙型肝炎病毒疫苗的应答相关因素。方法:2018年1月-2019年6月收治血液透析患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。第1组给予基因重组乙肝疫苗20μg,方法为4次肌内注射,注射时间为0个月、1个月、6个月、9个月;第2组给予基因重组乙肝疫苗5μg,方法为皮内注射6次,每2周1次。注射完成后1~3个月检测乙肝表面抗体指标水平,<10 mIU/mL代表接种失败,分析相关因素。结果:乙肝表面抗体转为阳性患者白蛋白水平高于未转阳性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养干预和血液透析患者对重组乙型肝炎疫苗的应答呈正相关性。

Objective:To explore the response related factors of hemodialysis patients to recombinant hepatitis B virus vaccine.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,68 hemodialysis patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The first group was treated with 20μg recombinant hepatitis B vaccine,which was injected intramuscularly four times for 0,1,6 and 9 months;The second group was treated with 5μg recombinant hepatitis B vaccine,which was injected intradermal 6 times every two weeks.One to three months after the injection,we detected the antibody level on the surface of hepatitis B,if it was less than 10 mIU/ml,it was the failure of vaccination,and analyzed the related factors.Results:In patients with positive hepatitis B surface antibody,the level of albumin was higher than that of patients without positive hepatitis B surface antibody,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between nutrition intervention and hemodialysis patients for the response to recombinant hepatitis B vaccine.
