晚期胎膜早破产妇临床护理路径的干预效果探究

Study on the intervention effect of clinical nursing pathway for parturient with late premature rupture of membranes

目的:探讨临床护理路径干预在晚期胎膜早破产妇的护理效果。方法:2014年3月-2019年5月收治晚期胎膜早破产妇36例,分为两组,各18例,参照组采用常规基础护理干预;试验组在常规基础护理的基础上加入临床护理路径干预。比较两组妊娠结局、护理满意度评分和住院时间。结果:试验组新生儿窒息率和剖宫产率明显低于参照组,试验组护理满意度明显高于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径干预在晚期胎膜早破产妇的护理效果显著,能有效提高患者的护理满意度,降低新生儿窒息率和剖宫产率,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of clinical nursing path intervention on the parturient with late premature rupture of membranes.Methods:36 parturient with late premature rupture of membranes were selected from March 2014 to May 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 18 cases in each group.Routine basic nursing intervention was used in the control group,in the experimental group,clinical nursing path intervention was added on the basis of routine basic nursing.The pregnancy outcome,nursing satisfaction score and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results:The neonatal asphyxia rate and cesarean section rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path intervention has significant effect on the parturient with late premature rupture of membranes,which can effectively improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,reduce the rate of asphyxia and cesarean section,and shorten the length of stay.
