摘要
目的:探讨健康教育在消化内科患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月消化内科患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用临床基础护理;试验组采用健康教育配合基础护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组患者健康知识掌握率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,焦虑抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化内科患者进行日常护理时,合理应用健康教育,可以显著提升患者健康知识掌握水平,提升护理满意度,有效降低患者焦虑和抑郁情况。
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in the nursing of digestive internal medicine.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,100 patients in digestive internal medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical basic nursing;the experimental group was given health education with basic nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the mastery rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reasonable application of health education in the daily care of patients in digestive internal medicine can significantly improve the mastery level of health knowledge,improve nursing satisfaction,and effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients.
