深入分析在骨科优质护理中应用医护康一体化病房管理模式的效果

In-depth analysis of the effect of medical nursing and rehabilitation integration ward management model on high quality nursing of orthopedics

目的:探讨骨科优质护理中应用医护康一体化病房管理模式的效果。方法:选取2017-2019年骨科患者120例,按就诊时间分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规护理模式;研究组采取医护康一体化模式。比较两组医生、护士、患者满意度。结果:研究组干预后护士、医生、患者满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科优质护理中采用医护康一体化病房管理模式,可使患者对临床护理满意程度大大提升。

Objective:To explore the effect of medical nursing and rehabilitation integration ward management model on high quality nursing of orthopedics.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,120 orthopedic patients were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the time of visit with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing model and the study group adopted the medical nursing and rehabilitation integration model.The satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients in two groups were compared.Results:In the study group,the satisfaction of nurses,doctors and patients after intervention were significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ward management model of medical nursing and rehabilitation integration on high quality nursing of orthopedics can improve the patients'satisfaction of clinical nursing.
