摘要
目的:探析高血压脑出血患者术后采取早期肠内营养的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治高血压脑出血术后患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予前期肠外营养联合后期肠内营养;研究组给予早期肠内营养联合优质护理。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组术后21 d血红蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白等指标水平均高于对照组,并发症发生率及肺部感染发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者术后及早接受早期肠内营养支持并给予优质护理,可改善患者营养状况,有助于降低肺部感染及并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given early enteral nutrition combined with late enteral nutrition.The study group was given early enteral nutrition combined with quality nursing.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of hemoglobin,albumin and prealbumin in 21 days after operation of study group were higher than of control group,the incidence of complications and pulmonary infection was lower than of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery should receive early enteral nutrition support and provide high quality nursing as soon as possible,it can improve the nutritional status of patients and help to reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and complications.
