产房助产士对产后出血的应急能力和护理干预措施

Emergency ability and nursing intervention of midwives in delivery room for postpartum hemorrhage

目的:分析产房助产士对产后出血的应急能力和护理干预措施。方法:2018年2月-2019年1月收治自然分娩产妇264例,随机分为两组,各132例。参照组给予常规产房护理;观察组给予产房助产士针对性应急护理。比较两组产后出血率及护理满意度。结果:观察组产后出血率低于参照组,产妇护理满意度显著高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产房护理中应用助产士针对性应急护理,可促使护理质量大幅提升,从而有效缩短产妇分娩时间,为顺利分娩提供可靠保障,护理满意度高。

Objective:To explore the emergency ability and nursing intervention of midwives in delivery room for postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2019,264 natural childbirth mothers were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 132 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in the delivery room.The observation group was given targeted emergency nursing by the midwife in the delivery room.We compared the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of maternal care was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of delivery room,the application of midwife specific emergency nursing can improve the quality of nursing,effectively shorten the time of delivery,provide reliable guarantee for the smooth delivery,and the nursing satisfaction is high.
