延续护理服务在糖尿病足高危患者护理工作中的应用价值

The application value of continuous nursing service in the nursing work of diabetic foot high risk patients

目的:探讨延续护理服务在糖尿病足高危患者护理工作中的应用价值。方法:2018年1-12月收治糖尿病足高危患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用延续护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者足部护理知识、生活质量、自我控制能力和自我护理能力评分均显著高于对照组,护理满意度也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病足高危患者,延续护理服务能够完善患者对自身疾病的认知,加强足部护理意识,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application value of continuous nursing service in the nursing work of diabetic foot high risk patients.Methods:From January to December 2018,80 patients at high risk of diabetic foot were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given continuous nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of foot care knowledge,quality of life,self-control ability and self-care ability were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For diabetic foot high-risk patients,continuous nursing service can improve patients'cognition of their own diseases,strengthen foot care awareness,and improve nursing satisfaction.
