家庭护理在脑梗死患者康复期的应用效果分析

Application effect of home nursing in the rehabilitation period of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:研究在脑梗死患者康复期应用家庭护理的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治脑梗死患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。试验1组给予常规康复指导,且出院后不给予护理干预措施;试验2组在常规康复指导基础上给予家庭护理干预。比较两组康复效果。结果:试验2组患者出院8周后肢体肌力达到Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级例数及生活能力评分均显著高于试验1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑梗死患者进行家庭护理,可以加快患者肢体恢复速度,改善患者生活自理能力。

Objective:To explore the application effect of home nursing in the rehabilitation period of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,82 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The experiment 1 group was given routine rehabilitation guidance and no nursing intervention after discharge.The experiment 2 group was given family nursing intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation guidance.We compared the rehabilitation effect of the two groups.Results:In the experiment 2 group,at eight weeks after discharge,the number of patients whose muscle strength reached gradeⅢandⅣand their life ability scores were significantly higher than those of the experiment 1 group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can speed up the recovery of limbs and improve their ability of self-care.
