集束化护理干预对癌痛患者疼痛、心理状态及生存质量的管理效果

The management of pain,mental state and quality of life of cancer patients by cluster nursing intervention

目的:分析集束化护理干预对癌痛患者疼痛、心理状态及生存质量的管理效果。方法:2018年9月-2019年3月收治癌痛患者83例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理模式;观察组采取集束化护理干预。比较两组患者疼痛、心理状态及生存质量。结果:观察组护理后数字评分法(NRS)评分、心理痛苦温度计(DT)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对癌痛患者采用集束化护理干预可减轻疼痛程度,改善心理状态,提高生存质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of intensive nursing intervention on pain,mental state and quality of life of cancer patients.Methods:83 patients with cancer pain were selected from September 2018 to March 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups.Routine nursing mode was used in the control group,the observation group was treated with intensive nursing intervention.The pain,mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The NRS and DT scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nursing intervention for cancer pain patients can reduce the degree of pain,improve the psychological state and improve the quality of life.
