摘要
目的:探讨前瞻性护理对骨肿瘤化疗患者化疗反应及生存质量良好率的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月接受骨肿瘤化疗患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组给予普通护理;治疗组给予前瞻性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:治疗组化疗不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,且生存质量良好率良好率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过前瞻性护理,可以有效改善骨肿瘤化疗患者的生存质量良好率,降低化疗不良反应。
Objective:To explore the effect of prospective nursing on chemotherapy response and quality of life of patients with bone tumor chemotherapy.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,58 patients who received chemotherapy for bone tumor were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing.The treatment group was given prospective nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy in the treatment group was significantly lower than in the control group and the rate of good quality of life was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through prospective nursing,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with bone tumor chemotherapy and reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
