在神经内科护理工作中应用“KPI-360度评价体系”的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析在神经内科护理工作中应用“KPI-360度评价体系”的效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月神经内科住院患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予常规住院护理;观察组采用“KPI-360度评价体系”绩效护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组干预后心理弹性评分、FSS评分、SECD6评分、MBI评分均显著优于对照组,观察组平均住院时间显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理绩效KPI-360度评价在神经内科的应用效果良好,有助于改善工作质量,加快患者康复。 Objective:To explore the effect of applying"KPI-360 degree evaluation system"in the nursing work of Neurology Department.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,200 inpatients in Neurology Department were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine in-hospital nursing.The observation group was given"KPI-360 degree evaluation system"performance nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after intervention,the scores of resilience,FSS,SECD6 and MBI were significantly better than those in the control group,and the average length of stay was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of kpi-360 evaluation of nursing performance in Neurology Department is good,it helps to improve the quality of work and accelerate the recovery of patients.
