脑卒中院外高危人群筛查结果分析与干预

Analysis and intervention of screening results for high-risk out-of-hospital groups of stroke

目的:探讨脑卒中院外高危人群筛查结果与干预。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年5月脑卒中院外高危人群200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组无任何干预措施;研究组予以社区管理干预。比较两组患者随访结果。结果:研究组疾病知识知晓率、服药依从性、规范化药物使用率及自我日常生活管理能力均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床结合脑卒中院外高危人群疾病特点、身体特点及危险因素等,落实开展社区管理干预措施,具有重要价值。

Objective:To investigate the screening results and intervention for high-risk out-of-hospital groups of stroke.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2018,200 cases of high risk out-of-hospital groups of stroke were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given no intervention.The study group was given community management interventions.The follow-up results between two groups was compared.Results:The disease knowledge awareness rate,the drugs compliance,the standardized drugs use rate and the self-management ability in the study group were significantly higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has great value to carry out community management intervention,combined the disease characteristics,physical characteristics and risk factors of high-risk out-of-hospital groups of stroke.
