手术室危机资源管理人员培训结果调查分析

Investigation and analysis of training results of crisis resource managers in operating room

目的:探讨手术室危机资源管理人员的培训结果。方法:2017年10月-2018年9月收治术中发生危急事件的患者75例,分为两组。观察组对手术室危机资源管理人员进行培训;对照组未培训。比较两组并发症发生率和抢救成功率。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手术室危机资源管理人员实施手术危机应急培训,能加强管理人员对手术室应急预案的掌握和应用,有利于改善患者抢救效果。

Objective:To discuss the training results of crisis resource managers in operating room.Methods:From October 2017 to September 2018,75 patients with critical events during operation were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The observation group trained the crisis resource management personnel in the operating room.The control group did not.The incidence of complications and the success rate of rescue were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of rescue was higher than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emergency training for the crisis resource managers in the operating room can strengthen the managers'mastery and application of the emergency plan in the operating room,and help to improve the rescue effect of the patients.
