新冠肺炎流行期间基层社区医院应对措施与实践

Countermeasures and practice of grass-roots community hospital during the epidemic of COVID-19

2019年12月以来,暴发了一场波及全球的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,严重威胁到人类的生命健康。面对这次突发公共卫生事件,如何科学面对和避免医院内交叉感染,各级医院经历了严峻的考验。尤其是基层社区医院,作为社区疫情防控的第一道防线,在防控工作中起到至关重要的网底作用。目前,虽然我国疫情逐渐好转,但随着全球疫情的扩散,防控形势依然严峻,“外防输入、内防反弹”是继续做好防控工作的重点。通过健全组织管理、完善疫情防控制度、构建院感防控体系、合理规划就医流程、强化防控知识培训、严格执行标准防护、加强人员管理、发挥家医团队作用、开展远程问诊等措施,基层社区医院要形成全方位、标准化、专业化的应急管理体系,为做好疫情科学防控提供全面保障。

Since December 2019,there has been a global outbreak of an infectious disease of COVID-19,it seriously threatened human life and health.In the face of this public health emergency,how to scientifically face and avoid cross-infection in hospitals,the hospitals at all levels have experienced a severe test.In particular,community hospitals at the grass-roots level,as the first line of defense in community epidemic prevention and control which played a vital role in the prevention and control work.At present,although the epidemic situation in China has gradually improved,but with the spread of the global epidemic,the situation of prevention and control is still grim,"prevent imported cases from abroad,prevent internal rebound"is mean point of prevention and control work.Through the measures of improving the organization and management,perfecting the epidemic prevention and control system,constructing the hospital sense prevention and control system,rationally planning the medical treatment process,strengthening the training of prevention and control knowledge,strictly implementing the standard protection,strengthening the personnel management,giving full play to the role of the family medical team and carrying out remote consultation,etc.Grass-roots community hospitals should form a comprehensive,standardized and specialized emergency management system to provide a comprehensive guarantee for the scientific prevention and control of the epidemic situation.
