单向式全胸腔镜手术对早期非小细胞肺癌的治疗价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析单向式全胸腔镜手术对早期非小细胞肺癌的治疗价值。方法针对本院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的早期非小细胞肺癌患者65例进行治疗观察,采用随机分组的方式将其分成后两组,针对常规组32例患者实施常规开胸手术,针对治疗组33例患者实施单向式全胸腔镜手术治疗,对比两组早期非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果差异。结果两组早期非小细胞肺癌患者治疗后的手术时间、术中出血量、引流管留置时间、淋巴结清扫个数、术后疼痛评分、术后胸腔引流量、术后舒适度评分存在显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后的治疗优良率(93.94%)高于常规组患者(71.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的并发症发生率(9.10%)低于常规组患者(31.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对早期非小细胞肺癌患者实施单向式全胸腔镜手术治疗的疗效显著,安全性高,减少术后并发症现象,缓解患者疼痛程度,缩短术后康复时间,促进患者预后及康复。 Objective Analysis of the value of one-way thoracoscopic surgery for early stage non-small cell lung cancer.Method Observation and treatment of 65 patients with early non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018,they were divided into the latter two groups by randomization.32 patients in the routine group underwent routine thoracotomy,and 33 patients in the treatment group were given one-way treatment.Total thoracoscopic surgery was performed to compare the difference in treatment outcome between the two groups of patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer.Result There were significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,drainage tube indwelling time,lymph node dissection,postoperative pain score,postoperative thoracic drainage,and postoperative comfort scores in the two groups of patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the treatment excellent rate after treatment in the treatment group(93.94%)was higher than that in the conventional group(71.88%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The rate(9.10%)was lower than that of the conventional group(31.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One-way thoracoscopic surgery for patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer is effective,safe,reduces postoperative complications,relieves pain,shortens postoperative recovery time,and promotes prognosis and rehabilitation.
