小儿肺炎应用盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Procaterol Hydrochloride

目的探讨小儿肺炎应用盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年9月至2018年6月收治的小儿肺炎患儿110例进行研究,分组方式以随机数字表法为依据,55例为对照组,行基础治疗,55例为观察组,在基础治疗的基础上行盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善情况、不良反应情况等进行比较。结果治疗总有效率比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者发热、啰音消失、气促、咳嗽等症状消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组比较,不良反应发生率无较大差异性(P>0.05)。结论采用盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗方式对小儿肺炎患儿进行治疗效果显著,有利于促进患者症状及病情改善,且安全性较高,具有临床推广与应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and procaterol hydrochloride in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 110 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.The grouping method was based on random number table method,55 cases were control group,basic treatment was performed,and 55 cases were observed.In the group,on the basis of basic treatment,ambroxol hydrochloride and procaterol hydrochloride were compared,and the treatment effects,symptom improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of the symptoms such as fever,snoring,shortness of breath,cough and other hospitalization time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride plus Procaterol hydrochloride is effective in treating children with pneumonia.It is beneficial to promote the improvement of symptoms and condition of patients,and it has high safety and clinical promotion and application value.
