缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区高血压合并糖尿病患者的疗效观察

Effect of Valsartan Combined with Amlodipine on Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes in Community

目的本次实验将针对社区高血压合并糖尿病患者实施缬沙坦联合氨氯地平,分析药物治疗方案的临床价值和疗效。方法实验选取了2019年1月至2019年12月收治的社区高血压合并糖尿病患者作为我们所研究的对象。通过回顾式分析,在征得患者同意的基础上,对数据信息进行搜寻,并开展分组调查。在分组上,178例患者为随机分组,以公平性为开展前提。对照组患者采用氨氯地平,观察组则为缬沙坦联合氨氯地平,分析临床疗效。结果从治疗水平上看,两组患者均有所降低,且观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平分别为(135.52±8.20)mm Hg和(84.24±4.52)mm Hg,对照组为(140.53±9.14)mm Hg和(88.36±5.21)mm Hg,组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,在血糖指标上,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平上,观察组患者显著下降,且在空腹血糖调查中,观察组为(5.90±0.66)mmol/L,对照组则为(6.75±0.83)mmol/L,差异显著。最后,我们分析了患者的胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)和空腹胰岛素(FINS),即观察组胰岛素敏感指数为(-4.03±0.33),对照组则为(-4.22±0.38),在空腹胰岛素对比中,观察组为(11.31±2.26)mIU/L,对照组则为(15.62±3.38)mIU/L,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平对社区高血压合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果显著,有利于改善患者的血压和血糖水平,联合用药效果优于单一措施,可以推广应用。

Objective This experiment will be aimed at community hypertension patients with diabetes to implement valsartan combined with amlodipine,to analyze the clinical value and efficacy of drug treatment.Methods The experiment selected community hypertension patients with diabetes from January 2019 to December 2019 as the object of our study.Through retrospective analysis,the data information was searched and grouped on the basis of patient consent.In the grouping,178 patients were randomly grouped,with fairness as the premise.Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,while those in the observation group were valsartan combined with amlodipine.Results From the treatment level,the two groups of patients were reduced,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(135.52±8.20)mm Hg and(84.24±4.52)mm Hg,and the control group was(140.53±9.14)mm Hg and(88.36±5.21)mm Hg,the difference between the groups is significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,in the blood glucose index,fasting blood glucose and blood glucose levels two hours after a meal,the observation group patients significantly decreased,and in the fasting blood glucose survey,the observation group was(5.90±0.66)mmol/L,and the control group was(6.75±0.83)mmol/L,the difference is significant.Finally,we analyzed the patient’s insulin sensitivity index(ISI)and fasting insulin(FINS),that is,the observation group’s insulin sensitivity index was(-4.03±0.33),and the control group was(-4.22±0.38),The observation group was(11.31±2.26)mIU/L,and the control group was(15.62±3.38)mIU/L,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine on patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community is significant,which is beneficial to improve the blood pressure and blood sugar levels of patients.The combined drug effect is better than a single measure and can be popularized and applied.
