探讨妇产科手术泌尿道损伤的预防及治疗

目的探讨对妇产科手术导致泌尿道损伤的有效治疗方案,并总结对泌尿损伤的有效预防要点。方法选择我院妇产科2017年1月至2018年6月收治术后泌尿道损伤患者计68例,随机分为单采用常规西医方案治疗对照组(n=34)与采用中西医结合方案治疗实验组(n=34),对比治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率及其痊愈率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,实验组SCL-90评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对妇产科手术后容易并发症泌尿道损伤,不利于患者的术后恢复,为此必须做好预防工作,而对于并发泌尿道损伤患者,宜在常规西医治疗的基础上,配合中药进行干预,以提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effective treatment of urinary tract injury caused by gynecology and obstetrics operation,and to summarize the effective prevention of urinary tract injury.Methods 68 patients with urinary tract injury were selected from January 2017 to June 2018,and were randomly divided into control group(n=34)and experimental group(n=34).Results The total effective rate and recovery rate of treatment were higher than that of control group,P<0.05 The SCL-90 score was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion It is easy to complication urinary tract injury after gynecology and obstetrics operation,which is not conducive to the patient’s postoperative recovery.Therefore,prevention work must be done well.For patients with concurrent urinary tract injury,it is appropriate to cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional Western medicine.Intervention to improve the treatment effect,Improving the quality of life of patients.
