探究白内障术后干眼症患者治疗中玻璃酸钠滴眼液的应用效果分析

To Explore the Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the Treatment of Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

目的探究白内障术后干眼症治疗中玻璃酸钠滴眼液的应用效果。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年1月实施手术治疗后出现干眼症的102例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各51例,对照组使用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合地塞米松治疗,研究组增加玻璃酸钠滴眼液,对比两组患者治疗效果评分,治疗后不良反应发生率以及治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗后干眼症状评分、角膜荧光素染色评分、基础泪液分泌试验以及泪膜破裂时间评分均优于对照组,不良发应发生率(3.92%)低于对照组(17.65%),治疗有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(62.75%),差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障术后出现干眼症患者治疗中玻璃酸钠滴眼液的应用能够有效提升治疗效果,缓解患者眼部不适症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods 102 patients with dry eye after operation in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,51 in each group.The control group was treated with pralofen eye drops combined with dexamethasone.The study group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The therapeutic effect score,incidence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the dry eye symptom score,corneal fluorescein staining score,basic tear secretion test and tear film rupture time score of the study group were better than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse stress(3.92%)was lower than that of the control group(17.65%)and the effective rate(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(62.75%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and alleviate the symptoms of eye discomfort,which is worthy of popularization and application.
