子宫扩张球囊用于促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果及安全性评价

Clinical Effect and Safety Evaluation of Uterine Dilatation Balloon in Promoting Cervical Maturation and Induced Labor

目的探索子宫扩张球囊用于促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果及安全性,为临床医师选择合理引产措施提供参考。方法选择凌源市中心医院2017年5月21日至2018年5月21日接收的100例产科住院分娩孕妇为研究对象,采用数据库随机分组方式,将研究对象分为观察组和对照组(各50例),观察组行子宫扩张球囊促宫颈成熟及引产,对照组采用缩宫素引产,对比两组的临床效果和安全性。结果观察组临产至分娩时间(236.86±28.95)min、治疗至临产时间(418.39±21.37)min、总产程(6.95±1.85)h、产后2 h出血量(216.38±15.24)mL、自然分娩率(98.00%)、总有效率(98.00%)、新生儿异常结局率(8.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫扩张球囊用于促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果显著,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of uterine dilatation balloon in promoting cervical maturation and induced labor,and to provide reference for clinicians to choose reasonable induced labor measures.Methods 100 cases with pregnant women in obstetric hospital from May 212017 to May 212018 in Lingyuan Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.The subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group(50 cases each).The observation group was treated with uterine dilatation balloon to promote cervical maturation and induced labor,while the control group was treated with oxytocin to induce labor.The clinical effect and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of time from parturition to delivery(236.86±28.95)min,time from treatment to parturition(418.39±21.37)min,total stage of labor(6.95±1.85)h,2-hour postpartum hemorrhage(216.38±15.24)mL,natural delivery rate(98.00%),total effective rate(98.00%)and abnormal neonatal outcome rate(8.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine dilatation balloon is effective and safe in promoting cervical maturation and induced labor.
